MV6840 Pressure Bleed System

Description

The MV6840 is a professional hydraulic brake and clutch bleeding system that includes the Fluid Dispenser and seven (7) master cylinder adapters. It forces new brake fluid down through the master cylinder, while air and old fluid are expelled through the bleed screw(s). A pressure gauge on the Dispenser allows control of the system pressure, and the pressurized reservoir allows the operator hands-free movement to the bleed screws.

The MV6840 is compatible with a wide selection of Mityvac ATF adapters for transmission refill applications.

Features

• Integrated manual pump dispenses fluid by pressurizing the reservoir.
• Fluid is continually dispensed as long as there is pressure in the reservoir; freeing-up the operator's hands. Pumping is only required to build additional pressure.
• The pump tube is sealed to prevent exposure to chemicals, and cleans easily between fluid changes.
• The pump introduces air above the fluid level to reduce aeration.
• The fluid dispensing hose has a built-in valve to manually shut off and control the flow of fluid.
• Push-to-connect, quick-change style couplers are used at both ends of the fluid dispensing hose, for convenience and speed.
• Couplers have an integrated valve that automatically shuts off the flow of fluid when disconnected.
• Pressure gauge displays critical dispensing pressure.
• Thumb-operated tilt valve is conveniently located for manual pressure relief, and doubles as a safety valve to prevent over pressurization.
