Tools for downloading the EDRs in Kia vehicles have been developed only for vehicles produced after September 1, 2012.  Currently, there is no tool for downloading accurate data from the EDRs in Kia vehicles produced prior to this date.

Annual software update subscription fee is $695 per year. Customer needs to directly contact GIT America call center (1-888-549-4977) to purchase the subscription.  This should be done after receiving the product. For any technical assistance, customer needs to contact GIT America call center at 1-888-549-4977.
